Aerolib QueryGen is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) tool designed to assist Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) professionals in generating compliant physician query templates. The Service provides:

• Query template generation based on clinical topics
• Compliance checking and suggestions
• Query history and management
• Export capabilities for use in EMR systems

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Credit System and Payments

The Service operates on a credit-based system:

• New accounts receive complimentary credits upon registration
• Query generation consumes credits as specified in the Service
• Additional credits may be purchased through the Service
• Credits are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law
• Credits do not expire while your account remains active
• Promo codes may be redeemed for additional credits when available

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Enter or store any Protected Health Information (PHI) or patient identifiable data
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service for any purpose other than its intended clinical documentation use
• Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without authorization

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Aerolib Healthcare Solutions LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the queries you create using the Service, but grant us a license to store and process them as necessary to provide the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AEROLIB HEALTHCARE SOLUTIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the Service
• Any errors or omissions in any content

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aerolib Healthcare Solutions LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
